Rose has over 30 years’ experience in the contract cleaning sector and has been an integral part of the Derrycourt team since 1992. Rose is Derrycourt’s longest standing staff member. Her hands on experience provides her with the skill set and knowledge that is required to manage cleaning contracts across a variety of different sectors including healthcare, schools, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.
Rose’s hand on approach to contract management ensures that operatives are trained and guided in the correct approach to cleaning methods. She also ensures that Derrycourt’s standard exceeds the client’s expectations and manages some of our award winning sites.
Rose is very passionate about new technologies. She regularly trials new programmes and approaches to cleaning. She is an integral influencer within the management team and provides consultation and advice to many of our clients regarding all areas of cleaning.
Sara Hogan has over 28 years’ experience working in the hospitality, retail, leisure and healthcare sectors. Sara joined Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists in 2010. Before joining Derrycourt she held several high profile positions with some well-known companies through Ireland and the UK.
The extensive experienced gained in such positions has led Sara to be one of Derrycourt’s most valuable site managers. She quickly adapted to the healthcare sector and takes a very hands-on-approach with all clients and projects that she is involved with. Sara takes great pride and passion in staff development and encouragement on each site.
In her 9 years at Derrycourt Sara manages a variety of healthcare clients including acute and non-acute. Sara has been heavily involved in the implementation of new contracts.
Florin Ghidut has worked with Derrycourt since 2009 and during his first year of employment with Derrycourt was awarded Best New Employee within Derrycourt’s Internal Employee awards.
Florin was promoted to Area Manager in 2011 and has developed strong working relationships with our clients and is very popular among staff.
Florin’s professional approach and attention to detail ensures that clients receive a contract cleaning service that they are proud of. He assists clients to make constant improvements and increase quality.
Stephen has been part of the Derrycourt team since 2008. He has continued to excel in various roles in Derrycourt including on-site porter, Site Supervisor and Training & Development Manager before assuming the role of Area Manager.
Stephen has gained eight years’ experience in Healthcare cleaning. He has extensive experience dealing with third party audits including HIQA & JCI in the healthcare sector.
Stephen has been awarded numerous accolades including the “Healthcare Supervisor of the Year Award 2011” and the “Non-acute Healthcare Supervisor of the Year Award 2012”. These awards are testament to Stephen’s dedication and leadership.
Working as Area Manager he gained key skills such as people management, client liaison and understanding of on-site requirements, he possesses all the traits of an ideal Healthcare Manager.
Razvan joined Derrycourt in 2010. He began his career as a cleaning operative in the retail sector, including various high profile establishments. Razvan often manages a range of more complex and specialist cleaning projects where his specialised cleaning knowledge is required.
In 2012 Razvan was promoted to Site Supervisor, taking responsibility for large footfall sites in the city centre. His attention to detail and project management skills have led to Razvan being promoted to Initials Area Manager.
As Area Manager Razvan managed various sites including education sectors, Garda stations and retail outlets located throughout Dublin and maintained a hands-on approach to ensure the highest level of service to our clients. Razvan's previous role as site manager and area manager in busy environments where standards are foremost and customer service is key has led him to be promoted to City Centre Regional Manager. His role involves close interaction which is aided by excellent organisational and management skills.
David McNeill is the newest addition to the Derrycourt Management team. He arrives at Derrycourt with over ten years’ experience in the service industry. He brings a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements, ideal for interaction with clients in his role as Area Manager. David’s previous roles have provided him with the ability to manage and assist our clients changing needs and ensuring a quality service is always achieved.
In his Area Manager role, David will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleaning standards are maintained within his client sites in the North Dublin region. He is fully supported and coached by Florin Ghidut, Regional Manager for North Dublin.
Ionut began his career in Derrycourt working as a cleaning operative in December 2012. He gained experience in the retail sector prior to being promoted to industrial team supervisor.
As a supervisor within this busy team, Ionut gained experience in every aspect of the business we service. Ionut is a highly skilled BICS approved Cleaning operative trained in Hydrogen Peroxide Fogging, GMP Cleaning, working at heights whilst also completing courses in Infection Control, Management Skills and cleaning to HIQA standards.
From his continuous hard work and meticulous attention to detail, Ionut was promoted to an Area Manager position in October 2016. He will be working with our Regional Manager, Florin Ghidut, and will be responsible for looking after client sites in the North Dublin region.
Natalie O'Hanlon has been an Area Manager with Derrycourt since 2007. Before joining Derrycourt, Natalie began her career in the hospitality and retail sector. This background provided her with the skillset required to successfully manage a wide variety of clients’ contracts.
Natalie manages a variety of clients including retail and hospitality sector. Many of her clients are located in North Leinster. Her clients require a high level of visual standards, knowledge and experienced operatives owing to the nature of the sites i.e. high footfall of public, shop image etc. Her ability to manage staff, standards and incorporating client care with in the contract management process is second to none.
